The weather’s changing…
November 12, 2008Breakfast of champions!
November 11, 2008I woke up this morning again at 5ish, trying to get some time to myself before work, only I forgot today was Veterans Day. I kept myself busy for the morning and went for a run down one of the biking paths in Irvine (see previous post). When I got back home and opened the kitchen door, I saw this….

November 6, 2008Grandma’s House
November 3, 2008To Grandma’s house this weekend. Too bad it rained. We found a way to make the most of it though. Hung outside in the rain, took walks with umbrellas, and splashed in puddles. Good weekend if I don’t say so myself. It was just nice to be home and to see my parents.
We’ve got ourselves a couple of squatters
Halloween
November 1, 2008First time I’ve spent Halloween with my sister and her kids since leaving for medical school. It was nice to be reminded of what it’s like to be a kid. Festivities started on Thursday night with a pumpkin carving:
We had lasagna, cheese bread, cookies, pie, and last but not least, CANDY!!!
